Return of Goods

You can return any item within 30 days of payment.
For all returns other than faulty or incorrect items supplied it is the buyers resposibility to pay the return shipping.

Goods Damaged in Transit
Please contact us by telephone on 02380 701219 or by e-mail within 7 days of receipt from courier. If the parcel is visibly damaged please sign delivery note accordingly.
Goods Faulty on Arrival
If you suspect the goods you have purchased are, in any way, faulty please contact us (as above) within 7 days of receipt from courier. Once the goods have been received by us and any fault confirmed, we will issue a full refund via your original payment method.
Goods Faulty in Warranty Period

Changed Your Mind
In line with the Distance Selling Directive (DSD) if you wish to return the goods simply because you no longer require them you may do so provided you have informed us within 7 Days of receipt from courier. Simply contact us by phone to confirm you are returning the item(s). The goods may then be returned to us, they must be as new and returned in their original undamaged packaging complete with any accessories and at your expense. You should consider using registered post when returning goods of value to us. Once we have received the goods at EEZY Plumbing in the stated condition we will issue a full refund for the value of the goods via your original payment method. Carriage charges are non-refundable.
