Occasionally an item may be delayed while we have it transferred between our depots.

Items with long lead times are special to order and cannot be refunded. Please contact us if you need further information to be sure about your order.
Special note should be made of manhole covers. Often the sizes quoted are the size of the hole the cover is intended to cover. Please contact us if you require more information.

Long length items. Due to recent increases in the cost of transporting items longer than 1.0 meter some items may be cut to this length and sent with a free joiner. As this is special to order we cannot normally accept these items back so please double check your order.
